Professionalism is far heard of in this company. When we decided to work with this company, their business development guy told us they work without contract. After insisting, they gave us a vague contract with no specifics. We had to design the contract for them....and that was our biggest mistake. We struggled with the staff at all levels to get our work then. At the end, we had to terminate our contract and faced the misbehavior of their staff. I highly not recommended company to get associated with.

all of you those say brainpuls provides bad services you should have proof like order emails , billing proof, ranking of keywords before and after services. then any one can believe on you........

And the worst service provider award goes to Brainpulse Technologies.I mean no one cant even stand the competition. Their sales staff is just there to get money after that they dont even show their face neither ready to talk.Technical support always escalates the matter to higher level and is incompetent to solve your quires.Higher Level is always in meeting and you can never talk to them.So decide before you buy anything from here. But i would suggest their services to you if you want it for your rivals.

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with online. They made written guarantees, and then broke them without admitting. Had to seek legal advice to get my money back. Pathetic company, totally unprofessional, and no expertise. I wouldn't recommend these clowns on even my worst internet enemies and competitors. Stay away from these idiots, they are scammers, thieves, liers, and totally unprofessional.

It a requirement to give a star otherwise i wouldnt have given a single star also.They are the worst service providers. Can you beat that my VPS was down for 3 days continuously. Just imagine what would they do to how is having a shared hosting.Also they say it was a maintenance work. Support is horrible... just keep on calling and they would never answer.

I used this company for 12 months for SEO and Hosting services. I run a group of interenet companies, and use different firms for different projects, so I have experience with many other firms in India, Canada, and USA. This has been by far the worst online experience I have every had. Here is a summary of why:1 - Terrible customer service - Whether it was dealing with hosting down time, or issues with SEO, this company was not responsive of responsible to me as a client. They don't care for their customers, and they don't listen to complaints. Nothing ever gets resolved with these guys, and the same mistakes were repeated several times2 - No expertise - Brainpulse posted 1000s of spam links for my website, which nearly got my website banned permanently from google ranking. Luckily, I found out the cause of my poor ranking was Brainpulse, and fired them immediately. I lost a lot of money and time in the process, but I was lucky my site was able to recover. The SEO team at brainpulse does not know the difference between quality links, and links.3. Unprofessional - These guys are amateurs. They kept using excuses like "Google's algorithm has changed, so there will be a delay in your ranking delivery". They cannot write proper grammatical english. Take a look at the few (fake) positive comments below (obviously from brainpulse marketers and employees). I even had employees of their company ask if they could work for me on the side, without Brainpulse's knowledge. That is completely unprofessional. 4. Overpriced - They charge too much, for too little. Given their performance, they should pay their clients for business. They are not worth the time or the money. Your better off flushing your money down the toilet, at least it won't harm your site. Interestingly, there is another negative comment on here, which names people who were particularily bad at their jobs. I had trouble with each of those people too, so this obviously is not a one-off case.
